Dispatch Operations

  • Must have experience dispatching orders and relaying messages and special instructions to field technicians.
  • Must prepare daily work orders and distribute them to field on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to multi-task, answering calls from customers and routing calls properly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must be detail-oriented, informing customers of delays when technicians are running late. Also pre-calls customers to ensure appointment times, etc.
  • Must have accurate follow-through, keeping detailed records of service calls and work orders, and be able to maintain accurate daily record-keeping.
  • Must have a professional attitude, superior customer service skills and excellent ability to work as a member of a team.
