Windows 7 Has A Few Tricks Up Its Sleeve

This week’s tips and tricks looks at some of the less known tools built into Windows 7.

If you’ve ever had multiple programs running at once, you know it can be a little tedious closing all of the open windows. Just click the transparent vertical rectangle on the far right side of your task bar, and all of the open windows are instantly replaced with your desktop.

Another time saving tip – rather than go through the control panel to change your screen saver and desktop, simply right click anywhere on your desktop and select personalize. From here, you can change your Windows theme, your mouse pointer, and even your monitors resolution.

There’s lots of hidden treasure in Windows 7. If you’d like to learn more, just send us and email to sweettips@friendlycomputers.com. And don’t forget to ask about the computer repair services available in your area.
